Jeff Frost, Ph.D. – Co-Owner and Chief Executive Officer
Jeff spent much of his career in the United States Secret Service but he’s also a professor, entrepreneur and proven business development professional. He has a track record of success in both the private and public sectors, and his background in computer and cyber security aligns perfectly with ICI’s mission. In addition to his work at ICI, Jeff teaches at the University of Michigan and Michigan State University. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Mario Nanos – Co-Owner
Mario is a results-driven entrepreneur whose 30-year career spans multiple business sectors, including health care, automotive and technology. Early in his career, Mario successfully managed the complex implementation of an ERP program for a global Tier 1 automotive supplier. He also co-owned a large Michigan health care company consistently voted by its employees as a Detroit Free Press “Top Workplace.”
A natural problem-solver and practitioner of lean methodologies, Mario is a Six Sigma Black Belt. When not working, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, yoga and meditation, as well as helping people recover from the disease of addiction. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan.
Daniel Loucks – Chief Technical Officer
Dan heads up our tech team and is involved in every phase of the customer experience – from designing and integrating computers to customer support and troubleshooting. He’s been part of the ICI team since 2005, developing hard-working solutions for countless customers across a wide variety of industries.
